What Destination Travel Actually Involves
Travel is billed separately from the artistry rate above, and it is kept exactly as simple as the job requires. There is no add on for comfort beyond what the trip calls for, only what it takes for Michelle to arrive rested, present for your full schedule, and ready to work.
Round Trip Flight
One round trip flight from Seattle to your destination, booked in advance to secure the most reasonable fare.
Three Nights, Minimum
Arrival the evening before the wedding rehearsal, presence through the rehearsal dinner and wedding day, and departure the following morning. This is the minimum needed to arrive settled and be fully present for your celebration, never rushed off a plane and straight into service.
Ground Transportation
Transfers between the airport and the wedding accommodations, coordinated around your existing travel plans wherever possible.
Daily Food Allowance
A simple daily allowance to cover meals during the trip, nothing beyond what any traveling member of your vendor team would reasonably need.
Every part of this trip is built around what the work actually requires, not what could be added onto it. Michelle travels efficiently, stays close to the venue, and keeps her kit built around consciously sourced, professional grade products.
