A Smarter Way to Show Up Online

Hi friends,

If you’re heading into a new year knowing you need fresh content, but feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just plain tired of trying to figure it all out on your own. I want to tell you about something we created with you in mind.

On January 25, we’re hosting a Content Day at House Wight, and it’s designed specifically for business owners who want content that actually feels usable, natural, and aligned without having to manage all the behind-the-scenes details themselves.

So many of the conversations I have lately sound the same.
“I know I need content.”
“I just don’t love filming myself.”
“I never know my angles.”
“My lighting is never right.”
“It takes way more energy than it should.”

If any of that resonates, you’re exactly who this day is for.

During Content Day, our Wight Down the Aisle content creation team will capture 40–50 short-form videos of you working, moving, talking, and creating. This isn’t stiff or overly posed content. It’s real, behind-the-scenes footage that reflects how you actually show up in your business.

The best part? You don’t have to think about the logistics.

You won’t need to worry about setup, lighting, where to stand, or how to move. We’ll guide you through all of it so you can focus on being present and doing what you do best.

All you need to bring are:

  • Your ideas

  • Your props

  • Your tools of the trade

From there, we take care of the rest.

What you walk away with is a library of in-motion content you can repurpose across social media, email, and marketing throughout the first part of the year without the pressure of filming yourself at home or overthinking every post.

This day is about making content feel easier. More supportive. More doable.

If content is something you know you need, but don’t want to overthink, Content Day at House Wight was built for you.

A Note From Me: We’re Hiring

As Wight Down the Aisle continues to grow, I’m also looking to expand support behind the scenes.

I’m currently hiring for a part-time, in-person Executive/Administrative Support role in Seattle to work alongside me in the studio.

This role is approximately 5 hours per week to start and is ideal for someone who’s organized, proactive, and comfortable jumping in where support is needed.

This position helps support:

  • Day-to-day founder organization and assistance

  • Studio and event support

  • Light administrative tasks

  • Corporate outreach and coordination

  • Keeping moving parts organized as the business scales

This role is a great fit for someone who:

  • Is Seattle-based and available to work in person

  • Is detail-oriented, reliable, and self-directed

  • Enjoys supporting a female founder and a growing creative business

  • Is curious about how a service-based business operates behind the scenes

This is a hands-on, in-person role (not virtual and not creative), with room to grow over time.
